The congress center is the location of international summits every September.
The first lecture room is called Sredniy. It accomodates more than 50 people. Plasma panel and audio-video equipment are installed.
The second lecture room is Morskoy hall. It also accomodates more than 50 people, multimedia and plasma panels are installed.
