Submission:

The abstract in English (one page) and a completed registration form should be mailed to contact e-address (yuri.vassilevski@gmail.com).

Registrarion form

If you do not need visa, please, write your name, middle names, surname, title, affilliation, date of birth, country, telephone number, e-address in the letter with abstract.

If you need visa, you should send the following documents before May, 10:

• This registration form;
• Copy of your passport (pages with important information in pdf file);
• Copy of your residence permit, if your citizenship differs from the county you live and work (pdf file).
