For the period 2000-2008 Mikhail A. Vinogradov worked as an Assistant Professor (Altai State University, Russia), 2008 to 2010: Associate Professor (Altai State University, Russia). In 2011-2012 Mikhail A. Vinogradov worked as a main coach in Halden Skiklubb (Norway). Mikhail A. Vinogradov has been working as a personal coach for several elite and World class O-athletes. His runners won all kind of titles from biggest international O-relays (including World championships). Mikhail A. Vinogradov worked with Russian National team (2010-2017). Nowadays PhD, Lead Expert (Moscow Center of Advanced Sport Technologies) and Expert (Innovation center of Russian Olympic Committee). Honored coach of Russia (2018). Current science interests include modeling, data mining and cognitive biases in sports.
